Isaac Watts

This Day in History:  July 17th, 1674 Isaac Watts was born.  Watts was an “English Christian hymn writer, theologian, and logician.  A prolific and popular hymn writer, his work was part of evangelization. He was recognized as the ‘Father of English Hymnody, credited with some 750 hymns. Many of his hymns remain in use today and have been translated into numerous languages.”  I have a couple of my replicas of Isaac Watts’ original Hymnal that was printed in Boston in 1767 in stock.  Let me know when you want one.  In addition, visit my web page at the following link to learn more: Click Here
